Senior LANSA Consultant - Contract (Contract)
Location: Remote  Country: UK
 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global organisation as a Senior LANSA Consultant on a Contract basis, having good experience in Financial Services Technology Industry.

Skills:-

  • Having 8+ years of experience in Software development
  • Having at least 5+ years of experience in Lansa (Visual Lansa)
  • Having at least 5+ Years of leading a Development Team for very large projects.
  • Having strong experience in LANSA, Visual LANSA for iSeries.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Technology Industry
  • Have experience in Analysing the requirements and translates business requirements into product designs.
  • Proven experience in coding, testing, debugging, documentation, maintaining of software application
  • Strong Programming background - develop new applications and also analyse and modify issues in existing applications.
  • Experience in SQL; AS400, iSeries, QM Queries; Quest view
  • Experience with ETL tools ( SAP Data, ..) Services, Talend Open Studio Data Integration
  • Proven experience in successfully implementing system improvements.
  • Provide technical support to the development team
  • Having good experience in writing technical specifications and other forms of documentation.
  • Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Having Strong experience in agile ways of working.
  • A degree in a computer science or a related field is desirable but not essential.
